Constantly seeking fresh artistic inspirations from the world around him, Yu Chen Feng is a composer with a diverse output. From late-romantic orchestral works to contemporary classical pieces, Studio Ghibli-inspired film scores to electronic ambience soundscapes, Yu Chen embraces both the traditional and unfamiliar with equal zeal, striving to write music that are enjoyable, intellectual and rich in character. 
Outside of music, Yu Chen is an avid reader with a particular love for works by George Elliot, Edith Wharton and T. S. Eliot, and enjoys visiting museums and cooking. In order to write music that are rich in meaning, Yu Chen believes one must first live a rich and meaningful life.
